I have never used oil when using the Actifry to do frozen chips or any frozen items which can be oven baked or fried. Have had Actifry for a good few years, on our second one, black version.

Use butter.............pan fry fish, either whole or filleted, presentation side down first, do not move around the pan until cooked on that side and then gently turn it over........You can serve with just the butter, beurre noisette or beurre noire, or add other things to the butter as the garnish, e.g. capers, prawns, shrimps, onions, mushrooms, what ever you would like depending on the fish you are serving.

You can also using vegetable broth as a replacement for frying oil too.
