A few pictures of my day spent making a few of Micks curries in large batches, the curries are:

    1) Butter Chicken
    2) Chicken Chasni
    3) Chicken Ceylon
    4) South Indian Garlic Chilli Chicken

There already sold Mick mate, 60 curries & none left for me

I was really happy with your Butter Chicken,I was not going to bother doing that dish as I had made it from a different book & was not very impressed but I'm glad I did as it is very tasty & unique, I'm sure it will go down well with some of my customers that dont like to much spice.

lol Yeah Ive promised him a first class ticket to come & sample the delights of Thailand when I have made my first million

The only draw back over here is most of the expats are as tight as a fish's arse when it comes to spending money on food, so I cannot charge a lot, basically 2 quid a curry, so its going to take a while but I will get there.

There will be more pics to come Graham mate
