A picture of a few Onion Bhajis I made today.
Out of all the Indian food I cook & sell I find Onion Bhaji's the hardest to make in large amounts.

I posted on Real Curry Recipes so can you!
Look good from here mate.
They can be a bit time consuming though.
Can I ask where you sell what you make?
Cheers,
Mick
Hi Mick mate,
I live in Thailand so I sell them over here to a guy that supplies frozen western food to the trade & retail, I also sell curries naan breads, chapatis etc etc & I'm just working on a website to sell Indian groceries like herbs, spices, pastes, pickles, lentils etc.
p.s. A few of your recipes from your second book are starting to go down very well.
Cheers Farang

Hi Farang,
I knew you were in Thailand mate but was interested to know how you were selling what you make.
That sounds like a promising business opportunity there.
Don't forget me when you make your first £million
All the best,
Mick
Yeah hopefully my stuff will be going into a western supermarket in Pattaya very soon, fingers crossed.
Its hard work as I only cook 4 portions at once in each pan & I cannot have any fans on in the kitchen as it blows the flame out, so it gets very hot. If you have any tips for cooking multiple portions at once I would be more than grateful to hear them, i.e how much herbs & spices etc to use?
Trust me if I make a million there will definitely be a first class ticket on me for you to come & sample the delights of Thailand mate.
Cheers Farang
