    Default Vegetable oil for healthy cooking

    vegetable oil is good for health and also for the cooking.vegetable oil have well protein ed and good nutrition with it .

    Vegetable oil is also manufacture after lot's of time from the oil expeller.there are use of lot's of machine's and tools for extracting the oil from the seed and plants of oil.

    I use coconut oil or sunflower oil in my cooking rather than bnaspati.
    These oils are good for the health because these oils don't cause any increase the cholesterol level, hence these oil control the heart diseases that cause from the banaspati.

    There are many kinds of oils in the market including canola oil, soybean oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil.

    All oils have some benefits as well as some side effects.

    Sunflower oil is also good for cooking.

    Sunflower Oil:

    It is extracted from the seeds.
    It is a rich source of vitamin E.
    It has a very good smoking point, so you can use it for deep frying.
    It has the possibility of increasing sugar levels.

    Rice bran oil is the best option for vegetable oil. It is healthier and recommended oil by WHO. Nowadays it's demand has increased globally.
