    Just to prove I am a curry geek, I'm currently in Espana and decided to knock up something nice.
    I took little bags of spice pre measured and borrowed a blender from a neighbour....
    Tonight I dine beautifully using Fred's rice, base recipe and some other bits Ive cobbled together! (Spain's not designed for curry shopping, lol!)

    "Yeehaaaar Glesga comes tae Spain ya bass!"

    Note the obligatory pint of voddy & Pepsi!

    And the result are in....HIC!

    Mushroom bahgee, spiced onions (martinwhynot recipe), onion/tomato/cucumber mix, korma, bhuna, do piazza, and a garlicky/winey thing - dunno about that one bit it's edible, lol!image.jpg

    They look amazing wow! fit for any top Indian restaurant, your right Martin you would put them to shame.. I just wish now i had a invite lol..fred

    Loving your work Martin! Cannae keep a good man doon neebur.
    Reminds me of when I took over a load of spice mix and stuff, to cook a curry for the hotel owner I visited in Bulgaria. (I'm sure I posted some pics on here of the curry being cooked in the hotel kitchen.)
