    Thanks Cheddars. Looks like a great recipe. Would much prefer to use this than buy the pataks as I already have all the ingredients! Sorry if this is a dumb question, I am still quite new to BIR cooking (only a few weeks). But how long does this keep in the fridge if stored in a jam jar?

    Looks like a yum recepie. But what does "Tablespoon Mix powder" mean under Powder Spices ?
