    Hi Scobie
I am also interested in the Bunjara paste as i have tried an spicy onion paste from google but not really that good. Is it possible i can be included on the pm list for the recipe also the dish you would use it for. I like spicy curries like madras/vindaloo etc. I have seen a you tube video from Chinios who used to be on here and he used it for a madras or something similar

    With Thanks

    Pat

Hi Scobie, wow that Bunjara paste looks like a curry all on it's own!! Please would you PM me the recipe too?

I haven't made an onion Paste or Bunjara before - I like your statement "It has taken my curry's to a new level." - thats magic.

I'd be interested to see this Scobie.

It can't see the logic of tumeric in the paste as it is one of the easiest spices to burn. I guess that the water content of the puree keeps it moist enough, but still it would be easy to get this stage wrong.

    We will see....
