    I think 2 areas would do.

    One for the recipes.
    One for discussions.

    I agree with Betty and KP - keep it simple. I like the idea of separate recipe and discussion areas, because a lot of it isn't straightforward recipes, but rather ideas and techniques.

    Thanks Anne. I'll take a fresh look at it tomorrow as it is midnight here and I have spent the evening cooking up two batches of savoury base gravy while listening to Spurs on the radio (always emotionally sapping for a Norf Larndon boy like me).

    Everyone has posted nice ideas for healthy diet. Well i have daily eggs, shakes and pastas to keep my body fit. Is anyone have tried it out ? If no, than just try it ones. I promise that after applying this diet, you can be fit always.

    Good article buddy,I appreciate you for sharing it here.It kinda brought awareness in me i am glad to read something here.Keep sharing stuff like that.It will help us a lot ahead.

    Always choose the healthy and balanced diet for the good health and fitness.
    Add all fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, grains, eggs, meat, fish, and dairy products etc. in your routine diet to get all necessary vitamins, fiber, protein, carbs, calcium, mineral, and nutrition.
