    Forum Rules

These rules have been set by the admin and moderators of this forum.

    1) This forum runs in real-time, therefore it is impossible for us to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for, or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message and are not responsible for the contents of any message.

    2) The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this forum or any entity associated with this forum. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact admin or any of the moderators via pm or report the post to a moderator, an option found at the bottom of every post.

    3) We have the ability to remove objectionable messages, and we will make every effort to do so immediately if we determine that removal is necessary. No communication with the author of the message will be entered into.

    4) You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or integrity, or otherwise violates any law. Note that any complaints concerning a particular post will be examined and dealt with according to the context of that post.

    5) You agree not to post any copyrighted material onto this forum unless the copyright is owned by you or by this forum. Also, no post on this forum is to be re-produced on any other forum, internet site, book or E-Book, nor distributed in any other form, including magnetic, optical, CD, DVD, or any other storage device.

    6) Although this forum does not and cannot review all the messages posted, the forum is also not responsible for the content of any of these messages. We do however reserve the right to delete and/or edit any message, for any or no reason whatsoever, and no reason needs to be given.

    7) You, as the poster, remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum, Real Curry Recipes, and their agents with respect to any content and any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).

8.) We at this forum reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of any legal action or Police/ISP investigations arising from any message posted by you.

    9) You agree not to post any derogatory, inflammatory, insulting or other similar comments about this site or members of this site on any other website, newsgroup, email group or media, including magazines.

    10) Please note that advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on this forum and anyone posting such material will be banned automatically.

    11) Please try to ensure that posts are made in the correct categories, thereby reducing the need for admin or the moderators to move them.

    12) It is against the rules of this forum for an individual to have 2 screen names under 2 different E-Mail addresses or 2 screen names under the same email address. We have a system to check this utilising external sources and anyone found to be registering this way stands to be banned without warning.

    13) We have the right to remove anyone from this site or issue a warning for any of the following:

    A) Posting messages or topics with an excessive amount of UPPERCASE letters, whether it is the entire message, alternating letters and/or separated blocks.

    B) Posting information with no source to back it up. This includes posting rumoured information without labelling it as such or no proof.

    C) Insulting any forum member.

    D) Posting in a thread to raise that thread to the top of the forum, instead of posting to add to that thread's conversation. Known as "bumping".

    E) Posting a topic that deals with the discussion of an existing topic in the forums.

Any and all other terms can be added and removed to these rules by the joint decision of the Admin and Moderators at will. All members are advised to check the rules periodically.

This is a relaxed and friendly site which encourages interactions between its members. Be wise, have fun and enjoy the forum.
