    Hi RT,
Firstly welcome to RCR, I hope you enjoy your time on here,
All the videos I had on youtube are on here,
I did remove them from youtube for three reasons,
    1) Some one was taking the recipes and selling them on ebay,
    2) A person called Daveyellowcard and also using Daveredcard (youtube username)is putting my videos(copyrighted) up on youtube as his own,
    3) I decided to write my own book, selling to friends and work colleagues and now in disc form on ebay, with profits from the emailed pdf going to charity, that is until ebay stopped me selling the pdf

    Cheers,
    Mick

    Hi Allan,
If you can't find the onion powder there's no need to compensate with extra onions as it doesn't make a great deal of difference.

Welcome to the site and if you need any help just give a shout.

Hi Allan, I'm brand new to the site also.
I can say that with the help of the guys on here I'm now making curries better than any of my local takeaways.
So hang around and tuck in.

Hi Mick! despicable! I for one value your fabulous and easy to follow downloaded book. As I cook each dish I print it out to work from, then bind it into my 'curry folder'

I did not realise you donated the proceeds to charity..... am I able to buy a copy as a gift and email to a friend should the desire come to the surface?

    Hi Tony,
In the early days of the book I did give the money to the RNLI and still do with some of the profit. I didn't think it would turn out to be that popular. To be fair though I do keep a lot of the money it makes now as it gets recycled back into my 'curry fund'.
If you wish to buy the ebook then click the link below,
