Tandoori

These dishes are cooked on charcoal in a specially designed clay oven, the meat having been previously marinated in our special mixtures, roasted on skewers and garnished with salad. Tandoori dishes are among the outstanding delicacies of India.
Chicken Satay
Marinated in sweet and sour sauce, served with korma sauce
Chicken Tikka
Chicken marinated with mild spices, herbs and yoghurt roasted in tandoor
Chot Poti
Marinated chicken or lamb tikka with chick peas, boiled egg and methi on top
Hari Laal
Marinated chicken or lamb fried with potato
Lamb Tikka
Lamb marinated with mild spices, herbs and yoghurt roasted in tandoor
Tandoori Chicken
On the bone, half chicken marinated in yoghurt, spices and herbs, roasted in tandoor on skewer
Tandoori Chicken Shaslik
Tomatoes, onions, peppers alternated on the skewer with marinated chicken, cooked in tandoor
Tandoori King Prawn
Marinated in yoghurt and spices
Tandoori King Prawn Shaslik
Tomatoes, onions, peppers alternated on the skewer with marinated king prawns, cooked in tandoor
Tandoori Lamb Shaslik
Tomatoes, onions, peppers alternated on the skewer with marinated lamb, cooked in tandoor
Tandoori Mixed Grill
Tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, lamb tikka and tandoori king prawn
